  • Parcel Force
  • Royal Mail
  • DHL
  • FedEx

The courier service will be selected based on the destination and shipping requirements.

3. Delivery Times

Domestic Orders (UK Only)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing and delivery times will be communicated based on the nature of the product.

International Orders

  • Standard Delivery: 7–15 business days
  • Custom Orders: Processing and delivery times vary based on the country and the product.

Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors such as:

  • Customs clearance delays
  • Courier service issues
  • Public holidays or strikes

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order weight and destination.
  • International shipping costs may include customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email . You can use this number to monitor the delivery status on the courier’s website.

6. Packaging

We ensure all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Gift packaging options are available upon request.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

In case of delays or lost parcels:

  • Domestic Orders: Contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed. We will coordinate with the courier and update you.
  • International Orders: Allow extra time for customs clearance. If your package does not arrive within 30 days, contact us immediately.

For delays, we may offer a discount coupon up to 50% for your next purchase.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

9. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

10. Restricted Items

Certain items may be restricted for shipping to specific countries due to local laws and regulations. If your order includes a restricted item, we will notify you promptly.

11. Custom Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, customs duties or taxes may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees.

 

12. Changes or Cancellations

Shipping address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be made.

13. Refunds for Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • We will file a claim with the courier company.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after the claim is resolved.
